To Somers
South from Hyde Park to Somers, NY. Nice little community about an hour north of NYC and home to Sue’s cousin and his wife. Sue and Richard had kept in touch off and on but had not seen each other for 55 years. He offered their driveway as a parking spot for the carbus. We were concerned about suitability for our large vehicle. Did a drive-by to check and things looked doable. We fit fine without impacting their parking space much. Fun to meet Richard and Charlyce and spend time getting acquainted and sharing lifetimes. They graciously offered rides to and from nearby train stations so we could get to NYC with little stress and effort.
